- Separate the whites and yolks. Add both sugars (brown and vanilla) to the egg yolks and mix everything until foamy, the easiest way is with a mixer.
- Mix the baking powder with the flour and then sift it through a sieve to the other ingredients.
- Make snow from the egg whites, which is slowly and gently mixed into the dough.
- Pour the dough into a cake pan and bake it for about 20 minutes at 170° C.
