  1. Separate the whites and yolks. Add both sugars (brown and vanilla) to the egg yolks and mix everything until foamy, the easiest way is with a mixer.


  2. Mix the baking powder with the flour and then sift it through a sieve to the other ingredients.


  3. Make snow from the egg whites, which is slowly and gently mixed into the dough.


  4. Pour the dough into a cake pan and bake it for about 20 minutes at 170° C.
